Buffalo-Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 Knorr® Lipton Recipe® Onion Soup Mix with 25% less sodium
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings, tips removed, joints cut in half
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. Process Knorr® Recipe Onion Soup Mix, margarine, vinegar, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin and water in food processor until smooth. Pour mixture into bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Grill or broil chicken, turning once, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Brush chicken with 1/2 of the soup mixture and broil, turning once and brushing with remaining soup mixture, 3 minutes or until chicken is crisp. Serve, if desired, with blue cheese dip.
